初次安装博奥造价软件时必须先安装。
一、有以下两种情况请下载BDE驱动程序进行安装：
1、An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland databse Engine ($2109).
2、Not enough files handles too many open files.You may need to increase MAXFILEHANDLE Limit in IDAPI configuration File......
二、使用注意事项：
1、 请先将C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE的全部文件删除，然后重新安装BDE。
